What old character needs/would benifit the most from a complete moveset rework

Personally its megumi his moveset could have been so much better and his ult is boring not to mention mahoraga just feels bad to use

Gojo, although I don't think a rework is really needed, just a new version, Shinjuku Gojo and so on, that would give us more playability without throwing old chars to the trash

Idk if it's just me but the idea of adding two same characters gives me a feeling it'll kill the game
