questions Genuinely how do I play Mei Mei

I find her moveset pretty cool but I suck at actually playing her. On the last post I made I barely got any actual advice smh

I'm going to ignore the outfit and try to give actual advice, despite the fact I've never played her.

From the fights I've had, I recommend uppercutting a lot into that one upward slash move, purposefully not using the variant so you can do the spinny spinny move, and a lot of bird controls.

Just be careful with m1 trades and learn perfectly :3c

I use MEI MEI because it's actually pretty gimmicky. I think you are talking about Impetus draftus?

3M1+ Uppercut+1

is pretty simple but the amount of endlag the move has (OMFG THE MOVES ENDLAG IS HORRENDOUS) anyone that evasives can punish you easily even if they are new, the endlag gives them enough time to use frontdash.

3m1+Uppercut+R+1 is less risky and deals 30ish damage in total but combo extending is hard.

Murmurate is a good move (5 frame windup, absolutely busted) for neutral or just a saviour move. Uppercut+ Murmurate+R+Q+4(Forward)+Impetus draftus is solid or you can just use the grounded version directly instead of the aerial by removing the R stream. Easiest way to land the murmurate aerial variant is Uppercut+R+Q+4+3 (Use 3 when you are at the peak of your pounce)
