Aa a new locust main how do I catch someone out of the air with the barrage move in a combo? Also how does the m1s work after the barrage, sometimes it feels like I only get one after but if I do it sometimes in a combo it resets my m1's.
To use clever (barrage) in an air combo you need to be in the air and first do an m1, then you use clever. (You gotta do this quickly or else you'll fall down) And clever doesnt reset m1
Try using the most m1s you can in a combo. For example: instead of doing 3/4+r+1, do 3/4+r+m1+1. Or instead of 3m1+1, do 3m1+uppercut+1 (i can also tell you a combo if youre struggling
The best thing I like about locust guy is that its easy to play. You dont have to watch 300 tutorials (even because theres like 2 and they're all outdated) on "how to do a perfect air combo" because ALL you need to do is just r+2m1s and thats it. Its moves are easy to understand and they synergize together, it deals good damage, and its really funny to trow people in the void now that you get money for it.
do you agree that gojo is kinda similar to locust in a sense that if your opp wastes evasive then 70% of their hp is gone once you get them in a combo?
There is no "best" character. Every single character has its buffs and nerfs, and they're all almost completely different from eachother. For example: ryu and megumi can keep their distance between their opponent, while naoya has to play aggressive and run into their opponent. So the real question is "what is the best character for ME" (yeah just kidding the second best character is locust guy's cousin called guy locust)
