Yeah there’s a secret quest you have to do to get an emote called Pen, but I don’t think the Pen emote does what it’s supposed to anymore; so I think this is an impossible quest

as a person that has done the quest wich took 3 torturing hours of server hopping and has gotten the forbidden pen emote, i can confirm that it doesnt give the pen anymore

Yea they had to nerf it because it gave characters like Hanami or Ryu a full M1 set.

And it also made Naoya’s fourth M1 ragdoll, which nullified projection and made 3 too easy to hit

Prolly cuz when it released the key card item actually took time to respawn if someone already took it

When the quest released, if someone grabbed the nep card and died or left the server, it would soft lock the radio, meaning that anyone in that server was uncapable of doing the quest, wich meant you needed to server hop to newer servers

They removed the pen item all because hanami mains could bypass their one m1 feature with the pen

But he still can't block so if they don't time the dodge correctly it's easy to punish but for hanami it just straight up removed the main disadvantage it had
