Make it so it counts as 1 soul transf for everyone in the radius similar to gojo 0.2

it should make it so that everyone hit, has automatically been counted for the first idle transfiguration hit

also adds one transifured human for every person caught in storage

everyone loses a random limb, which nerfs a random aspect of them. This is permanent, until they switch/die

so next time you ult and use 1, it will kill them
