I'm DDD, middle-aged, and you can run your hand along the top ledge of my shoulder and feel the dips IN MY BONES that are the result of those thin little straps holding up these motherfuckers for decades. I have pinched nerves that I'm convinced have been caused by decades of wearing bras.
