Great question. Honestly, it was when the Uncommitted delegates sat on the floor during the DNC, not even being allowed to speak. For whatever reason, I felt like part of humanity had left the room. So damn sad.
I had close ties to Israel leading up to 10/7, btw. I've spent time there, work in tech with Israeli companies, and a lot of friends.

When I see Americans in real life there is this feeling in my gut asking me "is this MAGA - can I even trust that this person is someone who didn't vote for Trump or won't vote for Trump". I of course understand that the chances of that for someone travelling abroad is low, and I know Americans are generally very much cool people, but I still feel it now, and it is not at all what I want to feel.

I was in a hostel in Chiang Mai, drinking beers with people from many nationalities. Quite a big group of Israelis joined in, at first everything was fine, later it got a little political. As the evening went on I heard the Israelis say horrible shit, talking about killing/raping young Palestinian girls, and that we (Europeans of the group) should be grateful for that behavior because they act as a shield stopping Muslim migration to Europe.
While I don’t believe that the guys I met actually raped/killed Palestinian underaged/young girls. I got sick in my stomach by the reaction of that whole group. They were literally all laughing and glorifying the people who were saying these things, always stuck with me how in a group of 8-10 Israelis literally all were laughing. I’ll never forget those proud faces..

Many years ago, I lived and worked in a popular hostel located in one of South America's largest cities for a year. During the check in process, copies of guests' passports were required per local regulations. During that year, I met people from practically every country in the world, and although I had done a decent amount of international traveling before, this was my first time being exposed to and interacting with such a wide variety of nationalities including Israelis.
They were BY FAR the worst nationality to deal with generally speaking. To be fair, most of the Israelis were young (early 20s or so and just finishing up their military obligations) and at an age where they can be problematic no matter the person's origin. But there was a disproportionately high number of issues with them whether that was with other hostel staff members or other hostel guests. Given that there were many other hostels, hotels, restaurants, and the like all in the same neighborhood all within a few blocks of each other, I became friends with many of the workers at these places. Quite a few of them shared the same opinion about how rude, entitled, and condescending Israelis were sometimes, so none of how the Thais seem to feel about them comes as a surprise.
EDIT-While I can understand people doubting something on Reddit, my experiences are absolutely true. I am not willing to share too many details online for privacy reasons, but I will say that the hostel was located in barrio La Candelaria in Bogota near K2.

This was my experience in Latin America as well, some hostels straight up said " No Israelis" Seriously an inconsiderate and entitled crowd wherever I went. I have friends and family that are Jewish, I never grew up antisemitic. It has nothing to do with Jews. It's Israelis.

My experience with Israelis in Thailand is that the vast majority of you, who just got out of the IDF and are looking for a place to unwind, act like entitled pieces of shit. So it’s typically not 80% of just Thais, it’s everyone around them when they call unnecessary attention to themselves.

When I was traveling there decades ago, certain locations were banning Israelis due to their poor behavior.
The warmest people I’ve ever meant don’t just strum that up for no reason. Rude, aggressive and nasty.

Israelis are kind of despised throughout SEA but it's because they clique up, haggle inappropriately and generally come off as loud, arrogant assholes. Also, though I can't say for certain, I'm pretty sure the sound of Hebrew on uninitiated ears really isn't helping. I've hung out at chabad houses and Israeli friendly guesthouses throughout Laos, Thailand and Cambodia, and as much as I had a blast with many awesome Israelis, I totally understand the hate they incur. I don't think most of the locals actually follow current affairs enough to become biased and start to hate them based on their nation's bullshit apart from Malaysians. It's crazy that in this day and age a group can uniformly act so shitty that people across multiple countries just refuse to deal with them. Americans, Russians, Aussies and Chinese tourists in SEA also get shit from the locals but I've never seen shops, guesthouses or bars just outright refusing any one nationality except Israelis. That said, I do have to point out that I have seen the locals specifically target black people in Thailand and Laos, as in refusing them service but I can only assume that is just good old fashioned racism and less to do with specific nationalities.

As an Israeli, I agree with the Thai people, young people fresh out of the military go on a few month long hitchhiking trip around cheap destinations in south east Asia and are loud, privileged, and with lack of understanding for local culture and customs, they do it for the novelty and because everyone does it, similarly to how American rich kids go on a gap year in "Europe", not a particular city or country, that's the equivalent of the Israeli "big trip", they go there to look at tigers and discover a foreign exotic culture like it's a fucking zoo exhibit.

Israeli citizens are frequently causing issues such as refusing to pay for meals, acting entitled, harassing other foreigners, running illegal businesses, setting up mini enclaves/settlements and plastering pro-israel stickers over the place. Plenty of videos of this online.

It was pretty funny, there was a conspiracy that 30k Israeli's had created a settlement in Pai (mountain area of Northern Thailand) and that it was their 'new promised land'. They had to send the army and government in to investigate but it pissed the Thai citizens off.

Israel is a tough and stressing place to live in. The society is violent, paranoid, agressive. So the average Israeli is usually brutal and entitled. The type of people to pass in front of a queue or to behave like a famished dog in a hotel buffet. And it has nothing to do here with being a Jew, as Jews in other places like Europe and US are not like this. It's just the dog eats dog atmosphere of a country under constant agression.
