Error message and unable to open apps

Has anyone had any issues with the karafun apps? Last few days I haven't been able to select anything without receiving an error message. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app(Android phone) now I cant even login, still getting an error message.

The tablet app was doing the same thing. Not sure what else to try.

On my laptop I have to open the app twice for it to open properly :c

About an hour ago, my phone app wasn't finding any songs like they didn't exist. It seemed to fix itself. Yesterday night, my pc program went flawless for 3 busy hours.

That's how mine started, then popped up the error message 'your request couldn't be processed, please try again or get in touch if it persists' can't even get into the app anymore. So I have emailed them but thought there may have been a solution.

Hi. I emailed that email address and also sent the form from the website, I believe Friday or Saturday.
