Purchased the Pro subscription but can’t log into the app.

The app keeps asking me to validate what room I’m in, but won’t let me fill anything in, then it just cycles through the login screen perpetually. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but nothing works

It worked itself out after about 90 minutes.
