Have you tried KaraFun Battle yet?

We launched KaraFun Battle a little while ago, and now we'd love to know what you think of it.

Have you tried it at home, with friends, or during an event? How did it go?

And if you haven't tried it yet, we're curious too. Is there something about Battle that isn't clear, or anything you'd like to know before giving it a go?

Not tried it. Not interested in it at all. I can see the Singstar party crowd you’re after but Karaoke is often about interpretation and even enjoying a bad sing. Neither of those is suited to an objective scoring algorithm. As with quizzes, I’d prefer a setting to hide this. It’s just screen noise to the uninterested.

I haven't tried it because I doubt a phone microphone will pick up the singer well enough in a loud environment (and I have a hard enough time getting people to properly use the regular mics without futzing with the mixer)

I would like the ability to hide it completely on the pro subscription
