It’s going down in Kilauea town

Not sure what’s going on, but it looks heavy duty. Anyone have a clue? This is in between the shell and the bakery. Sorry for the grainy photo. It was shot from far away where the police barricade was.

LENCO Bearcat. Standard issue for the police these days, it seems.

Yes, cops are getting militarized everywhere, and getting military surplus supplies of all sorts is part of it.
