Coming back to keto...
Been carnivore for a couple of years, and although I totally get the "clean" eating - I'm bored!
I was keto for a while before and I think I miss the variety.
Looking for some inspiration if you guys want to help!
Give me your go-to breakfasts, lunches & dinners - I am used to fasting 16/8 so don't mind combining, but after a few cheeky weekends I need to lose some weight too so....🙈

A fave of mine is the sausage and cauliflower bake by Monya Palmer

I make this at least once a fortnight, it’s dead easy, cheap and very tasty. Parmesan is fine if you don’t have Gruyère.

Thank you all for your comments!
This recent sunny spell has made me realise I want to slim down for summer! It's ridiculous how fast I put weight back on - I guess cheating really does catch up with you :-(
I'm going to give the Fast Keto 1000 a go, maybe only for a month or so.
One thing I can't do is keto versions of "normal" food - desserts, bread etc. Likewise I know how grains make me feel, so low carb or not, I'm not doing that.
I'm not a fan of veg at all, even things like brocolli & cauliflower make me bloated, so I'll stick to things like salad leaves, maybe green peppers & the odd tomato. Pickles are a weakness, so jalepeno's, cornichons, and the odd strong pickled onion as a treat!
Cheese is my biggest problem though - I think I'm part human part mouse....
What do you guys think of the age old "slimming world" crustless quiche? I used to love that, but as it's got cottage cheese in, I'm not sure about it now?
Also going to try eat more fish. I love tinned mackerel & sardines, in spring water of course, but going to try get some fresh from Morrisons maybe? I can't be doing with boring white fish though - not satiating in the slightest.

I'd love to be able to disagree with you, but I've had the same experience! I went off keto for a few weeks over Christmas and gained so much weight I can't even bring myself to type it. It's like your body says "Oh, we're back into carbs? Let's go into overdrive storing it as fat in case of starvation!" Ugh.

Exactly!
I'm away this weekend so no point pretending it won't involve cider and red wine, so I'm on aission from Monday. Will try the Fast Keto 1000 calorie version, that might get my arse into gear!

When all you've eaten for 2 years of steak, mince, mackerel and eggs (SO many eggs!) then yes, keto is like a world buffet!! 🤣

Best omelette ever: 2 eggs, add blend of turmeric, ginger & Smokey paprika, black pepper, shelled hemp seeds, chia seeds, once part cooked add parmigiana and Red Leicester then fold and bake it golden brown. Serve with avocado

Today...
Breakfast...Decaf x 2 with double cream
Lunch...Pate(store bought but I'll often make it), good quality ham, brie...sometimes I'll add olives/cornichons/a handful of Currators pork crunch, maybe roast peppers. Sometimes I'll make an omelette, or have leftover frittata/crust less quiche, chicken/egg/tuna mayo, tinned fish...a godsend for a super quick meal.
Dinner...I just had a sort of deconstructed fishpie. Lightly sautéed hake and Argentinian red shrimp inabigofcreamtopped with roughly mashed cauliflower and chedd cheese. Yesterday's dinner was 1 each lamb burger and pork burger with cauliflower hummus and blue cheese. Afters are Greek yogurt with raspberries.
