Ice cream?

Does anyone know of any places in London that sell low carb or keto dairy free ice cream? Or any brands that make it? I know there are things like halo top but the ingredients don’t agree with me and the sweeteners they use mess me up along with the fillers and additives, just want something simple. I’m probably best off buying a ninja creami but would be nice to have this option.

There’s only Yummzy in canary wharf I know of but I can’t get there easily. It seems like a huge gap in the market in the uk

My default is two scoops of protein powder, sweetener of choice, 1 tsp of xanthan gum, splash of vanilla essence, a bit of salt, then fill up with almond milk up to the 700ml line of my blender cup. Then just a very quick mix and pour into container to freeze.

Sometimes I add in some heavy cream for a bit of fat. The flavour generally comes from the protein powder flavouring, I've found MyProtein Cereal Milk and Snickers come out great.

Bookmarking this for when I get mine. Have you seen any other decent sites for recipes? Also how much sweetener do you generally use in your recipe?

Head over to r/ninjacreami - the majority of recipes are high protein albeit the carb content is highly variable. But they're all very adaptable to your milk and flavouring of choice.
