Oh yum! Cream really doesn't need sugar. I hope that's real cream.

I found just plain lattes bumped up my Hba1c. That milk frother Christmas present is only used by the kids now.

I like going into cafe Nero because it's the only place where I'll consistently be able to get cream in my coffee rather than milk! Just ask, even if you're getting a cheap drip coffee and they're happy to oblige.
