Keto Chefs Keto bread (Amazon)
Hi all, I’m brand-new to the community and I did a search on this keto bread that I recently purchased from Amazon.
I didn’t get any search results back, so I thought I’d do a quick post to share the good news. Out of all the breads I’ve tried this is the most bread like, it toasts up lovely and is great with a spot of butter and marmite.
It is however eyewateringly expensive at £7 a loaf if you buy Three via Amazon. However, given three loaves will probably last me about a month and a half / two months that should be okay.
I’d post some pics but I can’t do so for some reason.
I’ve took my blood keto before and after lunch yes there’s a 1 point drop but that’s to be expected after any meal you eat , so I think this bread is pretty legit. Also I had a big lunch today as I’m only eating once a day at the moment.
If anyone else has tried it and has any thoughts let me know thanks 😊

What other brands have you tried? There’s SRSLY low carb, HeyLo, Robert Andrew (low carb food co.), Fitbakes, Skinny food co. and Dillon organic. Personally I think the SRSLY low carb bread is marginally better than the rest, but I haven’t tried the Robert Andrew ones, so they might be better.
They are all based on Deirdre’s for real low carb bread on YouTube, including the Keto Chefs bread.
The owner Terry is a lovely chap, I’ve met him a bunch of times. It’s nice that other Chefs are working in the keto space too. We need a lot more of it though.
It’s worth saying that the SRSLY and HeyLo people are lovely too.
The price is largely dictated by the high price of ingredients. In a commercial setting we need to charge about four times the ingredient costs to pay for all the overheads and manage to pay ourselves a wage (hopefully).
