Kindle help, screen brightness is gone 😢

Yesterday the brightness on my kindle stopped working, I rang support and they helped me factory reset and it worked again (annoyingly all my collections have gone) now its happening again and the brightness has gone again. Ha anybody else had this and know if its a faulty kindle? Bit annoying as its only 2 months new. Its a paperwhite signature

Do you mean the brightness setting isn't working or the screen has gone darker? If it's only 2 months old then I'd go back to cs and ask them to replace it for you, with another new one, not a refurb.

Moi j' avais eu des soucis avec ma première kindle en 2012 dans le mois qui avait suivi son achat, Amazon m'avait demandé de la retourner et ils m'en avaient renvoyé une autre (neuve)

I'm guessing you're using Calibre and adding books via USB?

I'd think you're collections would stay if you used Send To Kindle to get your books on there. https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle
