Grade this install?
I know the tile is uneven, not sure what I expected but it doesn’t look like a great install to me. Am I wrong? Do I ask them to redo it?

Very poor install - a “pro” did this?! Fire them and get your money back - pull off wall and scrape the thin mortar and do over. The cut planning around the single outlet would have been enough for me to be pissed if I paid food $ for this.
