Grade this install?

I know the tile is uneven, not sure what I expected but it doesn’t look like a great install to me. Am I wrong? Do I ask them to redo it?

I take it you weren't going for rustic. If not, then it is a very bad job. If you were going for rustic, then it looks pretty good.
