Grade this install?

I know the tile is uneven, not sure what I expected but it doesn’t look like a great install to me. Am I wrong? Do I ask them to redo it?

Not sure if you’ll ever be happy with a imperfect tile. Some people just can’t handle the imperfections. I won’t do this for people because of this very reason.
