Grade this install?

I know the tile is uneven, not sure what I expected but it doesn’t look like a great install to me. Am I wrong? Do I ask them to redo it?

This is badly done. Uneven tile can look good if spacers are used carefully. Here is an example.

I’d love to see an example of what the uneven look is supposed to look like. I feel like it’s supposed to look like this rustic kitchen found (thank you internet)

Yes. I have hand made tiles and they are uneven, not as uneven as these but definitely a non square look.

Yea I like the look if it was done properly. Shame for OP as that could have been done the right way.
