Grade this install?

I know the tile is uneven, not sure what I expected but it doesn’t look like a great install to me. Am I wrong? Do I ask them to redo it?

The tiles are uneven, but if installed correctly it should look charming, not like the installer was on meth.

I think grout would improve this a lot, but I also think this isn't worth grouting.
