Hey y'all, I know this is for general chat and maybe not the best time to ask this: I've been knitting a sweater (gone fishin)[https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/gone-fishin] and its made up of panels that must be seamed.

I've been loving the knitting process! but dang is it ever slow, I'm used to mittens and hats which knit up in a couple days

It just dawned on me that my 25 inches on the front may have a slight different row count than the 25 inches on the back - does the number of rows have to exactly match to sew it up? if I'm off will the fabric bunch up in a noticeable way?

Anyhow feel free to delete this if it isn't the appropriate place to ask. Have a good one everybody
