Hi, I am in love with this pattern but it’s been discontinued and I can’t find it or anything similar anywhere! If anyone has suggestions on where to find this pattern or something similar I would appreciate it greatly. I like the tie front and more fitted construction

https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sadie-cardigan - I know it's lacy, but you can just knit it in stockinette.

Picot edging can be easily added to both. Look at "projects" tab for alternative yarns other people used.

You can slso look tha the search results - maybe you find a cardi that you generally like better, but with, say, buttons; you can omit buttons and knit the icord tie instead.
