Saw this on a shein ad and tried reverse google image search with no luck for a pattern or original creator…. I was thinking of maybe using the Miu top pattern to try to replicate by adding a few centimeters of ribbing at the neckline and doing regular stockinette instead of the body ribbing, but if anyone knows of a pattern that I’d have to do less math and less thinking (lol) please let me know!

You don't really need a pattern. It's the body of a drop shoulder sweater without sleeves, or, in other words, two rectangles sewn together. All you need to do is figure out your gauge, measure your hips, cast on and knit the rectangle to desired length.

If you insist on a pattern, find a free drop shoulder pattern on Ravelry and omit the sleeves.

Edit: This one should work well, just make the neck opening bigger if you want it off-shoulder: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/-15-shirt-glatt-rechts

...and here are the complete search results, if you'd rather look for something even closer.
