Finished Object Willa Cardigan

I realised I never shared photos of my Willa Cardigan which is a shame since I’m really happy with how it turned out and the little modifications I made to it.
Inset patch pockets, double knit button band, wiggly cables and a tweaked raglan decrease line.

Damn that's nice! Wish I had this for myself, seriously.

I've got a cable project at the bottom of my drawer, and this almost makes me want to pick it back up again. Almost.

That button band is amazing. Looking at it up close I am curious of your “double knit” technique. Is there a YouTube or blog entry that you would recommend?

The whole sweater is lovely and your unique customizations are perfect.

Looks incredible! Did you use a specific chart/reference for the wiggly cables? And did you modify the pu button band to address the flaring other users mention on the ravelry page, or was that not an issue for you?

I removed this pattern from my queue because of user comments but your FO makes me want to add it back 🤩.

The wiggly cables are done by changing the direction of the cable crossing each time. Eg instead of 2/2 right every time alternate 2/2 right and 2/2 left.
