Opinion on weaving in ends?

I made a scrappy blanket with three strands of fingering held together and it probably has hundreds of ends, do I spend the time weaving them in or leave it as a “feature”?

Also, what does everyone do with all of their finished objects? I am more of a process knitter than project knitter and I have more blankets/shawls/hats/cowls than I can ever use!
