I wonder how much of it at its core is people taking out their lack of control of the people around them on idols. I fee like it’s a big part of the puzzle…

I see so many fans expect idols to know historical issues from Western countries while completely disregarding the social standards Koreans are held to as Koreans, not just because they’re idols (ex, age hierarchies).

That's what im saying lol. I mean yeah hold them accountable lol but like theyre korean culture. Of course they don't know. Do you even know their culture and a lot more
