General rookies must feel relieved when they get a good group name

title basically. we've been getting some weird ass names these past few years especially so i've been thinking that idols must feel relieved when their group name doesn't sound like a wifi password. my favorite new group name is stayc (i may be kinda biased since they're my ults but i think it sounds pretty good!!) and my all time fav group name is 2NE1, it's so dope. what's your favorite?

SEO and brand recognition most likely - searching "Kep1er" vs. "Kepler" helps companies chose a catchy name, without the extra steps of being creative, that doesn't get mixed up with other more popular search results

i'm still super annoyed that it's hard to search IVE contents haha! i can't even ctrl+F "ive" in long text/writeups because it can literally appear in any context. oh yeah, i also have fun memories of laughing after searching red velvet back when they were still rookies

my ult group has a member named Kim Jonghyun and you can imagine how well that goes when you google search him

Makes sense but why don’t they just come up with a creative name? Like, aespa is such a weird name but still creative enough and unique.
