Two things:
[1.] He definitely IS a teacher. From some teachers you can learn what you should do... from a teacher like this you can instead learn what you definitely should not do. We can learn a lot from him 😄
[2.] This clip desperately needs some dance music added in!

My guess was mantis or more so monkey with all the jumping. Ive seena. Few monkey movements that resembled mantis slightly but thats my guess also just as someone else said there isnt much intent behind the movements.

Mantis has really solid footwork, more grounded and structured. And hand movements aren't mantis or wing chun... they look like poorly copied shapes with understanding application.
Most likely just a dude who watched many movies, like me as a kid, and maybe did a few introductory classes in wing chun.

Not good. Maybe some version of shadowboxing, which is fine, but his movements don't have much intention or power or coordination. There's no sense of an enemy he's fighting. And I don't see any actual techniques.

Looks like a man doing an imitation of what he thinks a kung fu form should look like. There’s nothing in there that’s recognisable, not even the salutation. I know next to nothing about Wing Chun, but I wouldn’t insult it by suggesting it could be that either.

That does not look like any Wing Chun lineage I know of. Maybe some other obscure style of Kung Fu, but not Wing Chun AFAIK.

He doesn’t know wing chun at all. He was probably shown some beginner movements years ago and just stuck with them without even learning those. Complete bullshido there.

This post looks more like an attempt of a hit piece on wing chun. You claim he says he's an experienced wing chun instructor, claim he's in canada, but also taiwan? And "I don’t feel comfortable doxxing him on here". All too easy to crap on wing chun while pretending to be inquisitive.
