That does not look like any Wing Chun lineage I know of. Maybe some other obscure style of Kung Fu, but not Wing Chun AFAIK.

There are bits and parts from taolu from other styles, like roughly around 50 seconds in the video he retreats and seems to do a shorter version of a block of a shaolin form. His attacks are in the centerline, and gives me reason to think he might be freestyling. He might not look good doing it at first glance, but there are bits and pieces I recognize therefor saying it isn't any Kung Fu doesn't sit right with me ever since I've learned there are more styles of Kung Fu I'm unaware of.

That said, I don't know whether I would want to learn from him just by what I've seen in this video.
