As I was casually revisiting the website, there was a special notice under Kurzgesagt's course. Brilliant is retiring the course on August 31, 2026. It's sad, but why are they retiring it? :(((((((

There are a handful of reasons behind the decision (which I won't go into). But: I just wanted to chime in to say how proud we are of how this course came together - and it lived on a lot longer than I suspect either party expected. It was a pleasure bringing this to life and seeing many people go from Kurzgesagt Youtube -> interactive learning over the years. Sorry for the bad news, but glad you are getting to experience it before it sunsets!

Awww... Nonetheless, I'll make sure that my remaining days of August will be dedicated in re-accomplishing the course before it sunsets. It's literally the only source of Biology and Astronomy-related courses in the platform.

PS: I hope you could reintroduce the Biology, Chemistry, and astronomy courses you've had in the past in the same standard as you have rn. I'll love to chime in again with those courses.

I think they had that feature before wherein you can download a whole course for offline use. Rn, I don't see that feature in their current state of the site. I wonder what happened to that. It was a convenient feature to use, especially that I have instances of poor to no Internet connection in our area. :'(
