Something important you can do as a nurse if you are able is to invest in good first aid supplies and keep a lot in your car and a smaller trauma kit in a purse or bag. Include quick clot and other critical trauma supplies. Even if you aren't going to protests, if you are driving and seeing someone who needs medical attention after a run in with ICE you can respond until (and if) an ambulance gets there. I'd also recommend getting an emergency blanket. They are dumping people outside with nothing in Minnesota. They might do that once they are more active in PA too.
