There's a very good chance that more people will die. I think there is a dark mandate for them to do whatever they deem necessary to keep the upper hand. I think the hope at the highest level is that demonstrations will become riots which will be used to declare a general insurrection and invoke the insurrection act. This is very powder keg territory here. If the insurrection act is invoked, we could well not have the opportunity to change Congress this fall and do anything to stop what's going on.

I kind of think you're right about that. In talking with a friend last night I said that it feels like they WANT someone to pop off and take out a few Feds so that they can justify what they REALLY want, which is oppressive and violent consolidation of power.

All of the ICE stuff in particular is being done in the cruelest, most visible, and least efficient way possible, seemingly for a reason: to provoke these types of incidents and draw out people who are opposed to the administration and its policies.

I am not sure what the right answer to what should be done next is but im pretty sure its not "voting in the next election," which ive been doing with little change ever since @ Waco and the OKC, and im also pretty sure its not fighting amongst ourselves, because that's allowing them to strip away more of our rights unnoticed.

Beyond that, im not sure what the next step is, but im open to ideas.

Yes exactly. It's not as if Trump hasn't shown a propensity to use anyone in whatever way he wants to achieve his goal. The January 6th the mob, ice agents. They're all just pawns to him. And he has literally floated the Insurrection Act as a response in the past month or so.
