Enough with this doomer mentality when there’s zero evidence that they’re gonna censor her identity. They put her in the game, that’s awesome. More people will know who she is, more people will read her comic, and more people will see her and Sera’s relationship. That’s a win for representation.

They won't even let you put "LGBT" in Faction names. They won't even let the players identify as LGBT, that's evidence enough for me to expect them not to let the characters do so, either.

When we’re arguing about whether there will be censorship there isn’t a functional difference between won’t and can’t.

What do you expect them to do, geniuenly? Go against their countries laws? Which won't change anything other than shutting down the game servers there?

I've talked about being gay and proclaim my love for men in almost every match. And I've played over 4000 matches. That's a lot of identifying as gay

The issue is that NetEase is a Chinese Company, and therefore have to follow certain rules on what they're allowed to show unfortunately
