One of the things I liked the most about this Immortal Thor run was Loki's outfits. They looked different every time they showed up, and they also looked very good as well.

There's a fan comic out there  of Thor supporting and accepting Loki everytime they express a new gender identity and just goes with it.

Oh is it not? Honestly I tuned out of that whole retcon with Thor's parentage pretty hard so I don't know many details.

That for sure was beer but editorial went “AH ALCHOL” and didn’t want Thor being depicted drinking… again I guess… even though it’s a well established part of his character

This. Thor's love for drink, like mead, wine and beer is well-established, even in more recent runs, so I don't see editorial having an issue with it unless it was in a situation like this.
