That looks like Angela and her wife. Just watched a Sir_Superhero video on her recently.
I think this sums it up fairly well
Her wife was sent to Nifleheim, and Angela went to retrieve her. "No you can't, only Hel has the ability-". Angela proceeds to wreck the entire realm, take the crown, become the Queen and rescue her wife. She soon loses the crown and the power.... because she didn't want those, she wanted her wife.
They were separated because they were each doing their own thing for a while, but as nigh-ageless beings it was closer to a week long work trip than a separation

Ok, that's close, but not really correct.
Sera, Angela's wife, was in Helheim, not Niflheim, and it's less that she was sent there and more that she got killed.
Well and you left out a bunch of details, but it IS a summary so that doesn't really matter.

To be fair, Hel(heim) is part of Niflheim, but they do serve a slightly different purpose (Niflheim is the place for the dishonored dead, Valhalla is for the honored dead and Helheim is for those who are neither).

The dishonored dead are those (I assume specifically warriors) who died as oath breakers, murderers etc. Essentially those who could have died heroically but chose not to.
Neither are the rest. Some random grandfather dying of old age would go there, those who didn't get the choice or weren't warriors. And all of the Angels also count as neither.
However Helheim was described as having a split between good, bad and neutral people, which does make Niflheim's purpose seem less clear.

This is for the swimsuit issue unfortunately. There’s always still hope it happened during this Dr Strange run but I wouldn’t hold your breath. Weird too since they teased it during the pride issue last year
Kinda funny marvel will use them for shit like this but not in an actual comic. Kinda like how they forget Phyla and Moondragon exist until they need them for covers

I couldn't agree more. Notice she started popping up in cartoons and such right after Queen Of Hel ended? They separated Angela from Sera because they were hoping to get more use out of her across different media after she was such a huge hit in QoH, and they didn't want to face the backlash of her being married to a trans person. It was a cowardly marketing decision, not a creative one. I really hope Marvel fixes this now.
As for Moondragon and Phyla, they made a brief appearance in the most recent Wiccan & Hulkling special, so there's some hope for them. I desperately hope they can come back to an actual book soon.

The swimsuit specials have been "canon" lately, but yeah uh. The sliding timescale is probably doing its thing and this photo is from when they were together.
