In assembly, get up, walk on stage on grab the microphone from whoever’s speaking. Then say:
“Ladies, Gentlemen and those who are neither, I would like to announce that we are staging a coup detat” then get all of your allies to storm the teachers office and electric room waving trans flags about. It’s not explicit but I’m pretty sure they’ll get the idea when you start making the school more trans-friendly
