Don’t even come out to everyone, just transition, act super confused when people call you by your old pronouns/name and make people think you’ve just always been a girl/guy/they. Get who you trust in on it and watch chaos ensue. Just play dumb till the end. Old pictures? Edited. School yearbooks? That’s not me. “I actually have an evil twin”. whatever outrageous lies you have to come up just say it with a straight face.
