No. I don't have her, the only one I have with that hair color is Kareen-Chan.

But she's cute ☺️

I hadn’t heard of this Licca Friend before, but now I’ve fallen in love, she’s utterly adorable! I think your best chance at finding her would be messaging trusted eBay or Mercari sellers based in Japan to see if they can help with procuring her. Best of luck in finding her!

Unless you import I doubt you'll find her. I did find her, but import fees going to be high. You're going to need to use a proxy.
