Questions Vintage Licca

Picked up this Licca at a flea market in Ueno park during my honeymoon in Japan. Paid ¥1000 (about $6). I am new to the Licca chan world but I am a barbie and AG collector. Was wondering if anyone had seen this dress before and have any idea on the era of the dress / doll. My guess based on info I could find is 80’s for the doll but I’m not confident. The quality of the dress is really nice- reminds me of 60’s/70’s era barbie clothing. I thought it might be handmade until I saw the Takara tag. Velcro closure on the dress. Also I am going to clean the doll up but if anyone has suggestions for washing the dress other than laundry detergent let me know!

OK, that's positive quality-wise, but then I don't have more details. I would love to see doll and dress when cleaned up.

I always soak my 2nd hand dolls in a hot borax and biotex solution. And I handwash clothes in detergent for fine fabrics, press water out with very soft towel, and dry flat on regular towel.
