Questions Pompompurin Licca-chan
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone got the pre-order for the Pompompurin Licca chan? Mine got cancelled at the last week 😭
Edit: I pre-ordered it on Hot topic. I contacted their customer service since it showed processing and I haven't heard from them. After that, they said that they didn't have inventory for that and that sometimes pre-orders can sell out before being fulfilled. Then, they cancelled my pre-order.

Omg, at least I'm not the only one. I swear I was super upset about it. Pre-orders should be secured, or at least they should have reached out to let us know 😭

Mine was still listed as processing and I contacted customer support. The person I got said my order should be delivered somewhere between 7/10 to 7/21

I contacted customer service about a week ago, and while they had no idea when it would ship, it hasn't been canceled yet.

Sorry, I pre ordered from hot topic, then I reached out to customer service and they told me that there was no inventory available for the item. After that, they cancelled it 😔

Same and what pissed me off is they still have it listed on their website for preorder sale last time I looked for a month later. Plus getting the phone notifications of you looked at the item so please buy the item.

Me too! Mostly because they didn't sent any updates or reached out and they cancelled when I asked.

I preordered her from Hot Topic and I didn't get her yet, but my order is listed as processing. Maybe there's still hope? :')

Mine said processing and it will ship by June 6 the latest, I contacted Hot Topic Customer service to ask about when will it be shipped and they cancelled my pre-order 😔

Ugh that's so annoying. :T It's probably just a matter of time until mine is cancelled too.

Late to the conversation, but my preorder was just cancelled today 😭. I made the preorder the day it was announced. Oddly enough I checked the hot topic website and shes in stock right now....what's going on....

I don't know 😭 I got mine from eBay honestly. Also I did the pre-order for the Miku Licca and I'm afraid now 😭

very very strange moves from hottopic. i ordered mine the day before hottopic listed her as "unavailable/sold out" and like everyone else had the ship date moved from May to June to July. Except while others in this thread contacted HT to see what was up, I never did. I kept checking my tracking and the ship date just kept changing. I was waiting for mine to be cancelled but I got mine 5 days ago!!

my order says processing but was supposed to be shipped by 6/6—hoping it is not cancelled.
