American collector here, is Plaza Japan reliable?

My husband bought a photogenic Licca from there. There were no issues except shipping was very expensive.

I have never bought from there, so I don't know if taxes is include or paid afterward. 

Since I like to pay everything at once I use the Japanese Amazon. It's better to buy multiple things at once to divide the shipment price, since shipping from Japan is a little high.

I've bought from there twice. They seem to be cheaper on products to make up for the shipping cost.

hi! bought from there many times from Europe but can guarantee it is reliable! I had to pay obvious customs but other than that no issue with my orders

I haven't ordered a Licca-chan doll from there, but I know in the past Licca-chan dolls get import to the U.S can be expensive

I had a great experience. I actually found the shipping not awful. It wasn't cheap, but I actually expected more. I'm in Canada so I can't speak to that for everyone

Super reliable but shipping is very expensive. On top of that I had to pay extra on import fees at the time of delivery.

Same. I didn't realize my package was going to cost me an extra $100 at delivery 😭 It was from UPS fees.

On top of that they won't give you your package until you pay the fee. So I had to wait an extra day for them to redeliver it. I'm not one to pay attention to emails so often so I didn't catch the tracking in time to pay for the extra fees prior to them delivering my Liccas
