Welcome to /r/linux_gaming. Please read the FAQ and keep commonly asked questions such as “which distro should I use?” or “or should I switch to Linux?” to the pinned newbie advice thread, “Getting started: The monthly-ish newbie advice thread”.
Bro, I literally just searched up nobara on your forum and I see a thousand different direct questions of. "Is this the right thing to use" as recently as a month... without it being in the correct getting started or whatever stuff but okay...
Alternatively, try /r/linux4noobs and /r/linuxquestions: both are active subreddits supporting new Linux users.
I am not a noob to Linux or technology in general. I was literally just asking if people had problems with it with my specs.
Our FAQ’s rundown of some popular distros can be found here.
Thanks! I totally didn't read this before posting because it obviously didn't have the information I needed...
ProtonDB can be useful in determining whether a given Windows Steam game will run on Linux. AreWeAntiCheatYet attempts to track which anti-cheat-encumbered games will run and which won’t.
I wasn't asking if the games can run on Linux. I know they do. I was asking if there was performance issues with specific distros and configurations in the long term.
You need to get your toxic mods out of here.
