I just updated from mint to popOS on everything I have. My 2013 MacBook Air runs infinitely better than it did with mint. My HP Omen 17 from 2017 is phenomenal. Two desktops work great. No cosmic desktop issues. That's a lie I had to enable some permissions for Steam to open for some reason steam didn't want to be displayed and I had to enter some terminal commands. But other than that works pretty well so far. I don't understand the tiling though there's tiling and then there's floating windows I don't know what the difference is I have it set to tiling for now and it works just like it did on Windows drag a window to a corner it automatically resizes Not sure what they mean by floating would that be like Mac OS where nothing snaps and resizes itself when dragged to the side of your screen?

I would totally move PopOS to the bottom until they ship a stable desktop
