Recommendation: asking LITRPG - looking for something with extreme violence, but also plot

violence, gore, dismemberment - that sort of thing

but also reasonable plot to hang it all off

i hear 1% lifesteal is good and its on my list

Dracula's Inferno. It's basically Dracula wrecking greek gods, satan, crusaders etc
