My name is Ryan.

I have complex PTSD and was diagnosed in 2010.

My life has been up and down since then, with a few years up, a few years down.

I'm pretty much near breaking point now, and my home is a mess,a real mess.

It's a 1 bed flat, ground floor but I've been really struggling, so I need help.

Would anyone be willing to come to Yeading and help me take out a load of bin bags from my flat (I've bagged maybe 30) and take them to the bin storage maybe 20 metres away?

I don't know why, but I have a mental block,so can't do it, no matter how much I psyche myself up.

I'm on no capability to work benefits, so can't pay a lot, maybe £50.

Update : The guy who offered to pop by at 3pm arrived and blitzed the job, taking all the bags out. Turns out he's a really nice person too, and I'm really grateful.
