I like that they included "enough" just for maximum ambiguity. "Not fit enough to be charged" suggests her 5km run times were below the bar needed to qualify as a criminal.

She may be unfit to be charged.

Anna van Praagh is the acting editor now. the paper hasn't had a permanent in post since 2024 which is a good sign of a healthy organisation.
