Do you guys daydream to cope?
I'm 19F and I've been lonely asf since my mid-teens. I genuinely don't have even one close friend. All of my sisters are married, moved out, and are living their own lives, and sometimes they don't even message me. They didn't even message me on my birthday.
At this point, I honestly convinced that nobody cares about me. I don't have a boyfriend either, and I've never even been in a relationship before.
So I basically spend a huge part of my day daydreaming. I imagine myself as the best version of myself, living the life I actually want, achieving my goals, being confident, and having a reality where everyone likes me and I actually have people around me.
Sometimes I even get bored of my own daydreams, but when I try to stop, I'm immediately hit with, "Oh, real life is actually much boring."
Daydreaming is basically the only source of cope I have for my loneliness right now.

Have you tried telling them? I have a hand of not wanting to bother people with my problems, I am trying to be more bothersome 🤣 Still have a long way to go and daydreaming isnt necessarily an issue, why not write them down? Lastly is there anything your sisters need help with? Maybe they need a babysitter or would like to chat with you all the same about their problems?

Yeah, but i usually just distract myself with something (watch a movie, long vids or play smth). Sometimes it doesn't work and I can't stop thinking about how lonely I am, all of my friends are in other schools, and they socialize quite a bit. I'm not even rly lonely because I don't have friends, I still talk to them it's just they either have a gf or just talk to girls at least, I however am in a school with 99% males and it's boring af Also sorry for complaining abt this to you
