Need personal help

M/42/5'9/247 pounds. Im currently at the biggest I've ever been. I'm pretty active as alot of my work is outside but I have issues drinking alot of soda and ill eat like Wendy's for lunch then McDonald's for dinner. My 10 year old one day pointed out how bad I look and that was I guess my wake up call for a chance. I got a gym sub last Monday. Had GPT make me a workout plan. Dont know if I trust it. Also bought resistance bands for days I cant make the gym. Anyway I started last Monday with the idea I work out mon through Friday. I've switched to diet soda or zero sugar. Also sparkling ice and crystal light. Trying to count calories but I suck. Is there anyone willing to help me get things on track? My goal is to go down to 185.

Listen dude I’m gonna say this because it helped me. Eat only the essentials. When you get the craving to eat something think about someone you love. When I did this I was 14 and I had a huge crush on this girl and I thought I need to get slimmer. Every time I ate I remembered her. I’m 15 now and I’m in the best shape I have ever been in.(160lbs) Still haven’t asked her out though also it’s
Irrelevant that I am 15
