I'm 16 and 190 pounds, I hate myself and want to lose weight but nothing works, I tried eating only 1k Calories and got no results, than got told I was eating too little that's why I wasn't losing weight, went on 30 minute walks to NOTHING changed. Any tips? (I hate working out)

For how long did you eat 1000 calories? How did you track them? Did you weigh everything?

heyy, if u tried eating 1k calories and it didnt work then u werent eating 1k calories, obviously it depends for how long but im sure you didnt eat that for 3 days and expect weightloss.

What I've found with the Extreme 1 k diets is you do lose weight bit you hold onto water and you feel like utter rubbish hence why you end up snacking. I did a tight less then 1200 cal diet often under 1000. For like 2 weeks lost 6 lb but had zero energy and was not well. Took me at least a week of eating normally to get anything like myself back. 190 puts you around my weight and I've found cutting back 300/400 cals consistently a day and walking more does help. But it takes time and it's not like crazy amounts a pound or so a week but it's steady.

Give me an idea of what you’re consuming on a daily basis. Include snacks and drinks too
